Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit. Exchange must be made within 14 days of original purchase, must be unused, and in the original packaging. Used or product that is not attached to the original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Laced Hair is not responsible for any shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee will be charged at the time of your return.

Visit lacedhair.com/pages/contact and enter your order number in the Subject field. Then, select 'Returns & Exchanges' from the I need help with dropdown. Finally, enter a reason for you exchange in the Message field.

You will be sent a return/exchange form. Once your order has been received we will issue you a credit to your account, or send out your exchanged order. If the product has been used or not in the original packaging, we will send the product back to you at your expense. Laced Hair Extensions is not responsible for any shipping fees.
